2010 Philadelphia Section AIHA Dues Payment
Once again, it's time to support your Local Section by making your annual dues payment. To align with National AIHA, the Philadelphia Section AIHA has changed the timing of dues, with collection of dues (covering January-December 2010) taking place now through March 1, 2010.
Your $20 annual dues payment
helps to support the activities of the Philadelphia Section AIHA.
Your dues payment affords you additional benefits, including discounts on
meeting costs.
Dues can be paid three different ways:
AIHA National Dues Bill: You can pay your Local Section dues on your AIHA National dues bill by writing in your $20 dues payment in the space provided on the dues notice, and selecting "Philadelphia" as your local section;
By Cash or Check: click here to open a membership application/renewal form. Print the form, and mail it, with your payment, to the address at the bottom of the form; or
By Credit Card (using PayPal): click here, or scroll down, for instructions on how to pay using a credit card via PayPal. When using PayPal, we ask that you PLEASE complete and fax/mail a membership application/renewal form, to ensure that we have your most current contact information.
Please be sure to make your payment by March 1, 2010. After that date, dues payments from current Local Section members will not be accepted.

The "Pay Now" button at the bottom of the page will be your link to the PayPal web site.

To the left of
the user name and password boxes (just above the credit card images)
you will see the words
"Don't have a PayPal
account?
Use your credit or debit card to pay"
Clicking on the "Continue" button on that page will take you to the credit card payment
site,
where you can enter your information using a secure browser connection.
Please provide
all requested information on the PayPal site...
this information is used by PayPal to verify your credit card payment.
If the email address you are using for your PayPal payment is different
than the one that you
would like us to use to send AIHA meeting announcements, please provide this
information
on the "Review Your Payment" page by clicking on the words "Preferred Email
(If Different)".
