Technical Seminar

"Emerging Technologies in Industrial Hygiene and Respiratory Protective Equipment"

Please mark your calendars for a full-day technical seminar, "Emerging Technologies in Industrial Hygiene and Respiratory Protective Equipment", which will be presented on Thursday, March 30th, 2023, at the West Chester University Graduate Business Center in West Chester, PA.

This technical seminar will include presentations on the latest in industrial hygiene and respiratory protective technology, along with the opportunity to speak with representatives of manufacturers and suppliers, and to get some "hands-on" experience via vendor displays of products and equipment.

Planned presenters include SKC, EMSL Analytical, 3M, TSI, Accutec, SGS Galson and Larson Davis, and more.

The line-up of presenters is being finalized, and a formal announcement for the seminar, including cost and registration information, will be shared in the very near future.

Philadelphia Section AIHA Endowed Scholarship

Applications are currently being accepted for the Philadelphia Section AIHA's Endowed Scholarship, offered through the American Industrial Hygiene Foundation (AIHF).

Applicants for this scholarship must have a permanent residence in the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Delaware while attending any school meeting AIHF eligibility criteria; OR Applicant must have a permanent residence in the United States AND be enrolled in an industrial hygiene, occupational health, or environmental health or occupational safety program at one of the following universities:

  • Drexel University
  • Millersville University
  • Temple University
  • University of Pennsylvania
  • West Chester University

  • The deadline to apply for the scholarship is February 13th, 2023.
